If a voucher’s status reads “rejected”, it means that the customer attempted to purchase the deal-but the payment did not go through. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us. You can access your other accounts by clicking on Change Account. This can happen if you have multiple accounts with Groupon (for example if you’ve been featured in different countries or have multiple businesses).
